The huge selection, competitive pricing, and fast shipping are unmatched, and I have always been happy with my purchases. That said, the selection is huge and can feel overwhelming! So, today, I have compiled a list of 50 fantastic Wayfair finds for your Airbnb!

Wayfair Finds For Your Airbnb Rental
I spent a lot of time browsing Wayfair and choosing these top Wayfair finds for your rentals. What do I look for? I look for furniture and decor that is both easy to clean and easy to use. I also make sure each piece has high ratings and positive reviews.
When furnishing a short-term rental, it is important not to skimp. Cheap, low-quality furniture breaks down sooner and significantly detracts from the overall aesthetic of your rental. You want substantial pieces that fill spaces appropriately, and you also need to consider your Airbnb guests’ needs.
My Favorite New Wayfair Finds
So, let’s jump right in! I have 50 Wayfair finds, all numbered and grouped with similar items. And I am taking the time to tell you exactly what I love about each of these items. There is a reason that these 50 Wayfair pieces made the cut over thousands of others.

Wayfair: Living Room Favorites
I am kicking it off with some living room favorites for your rental properties! Note that the coffee tables here are designed for spaces that do not use a sofa bed, as they are heavier in weight. But, I do include easy-to-move coffee tables for sofa bed spaces later in this post.
1. I love this coffee table for spacious living areas. The bar down the middle allows little kids to sit at the table for activities or snacks, or to play games and puzzles.
2. This set of faux leather chairs is upscale yet affordable. I prefer faux leather materials like this as they are often easier to wipe clean than upholstered chairs. They come in several colors and boast a 4.7-star rating. At around $300 for two, these are a steal!
3. Available in black or gold, this elegant side table can also serve as a nightstand. I like the glass top as it makes a room look larger.
4. When choosing a console or TV table, I always recommend one with solid doors. This 45″ sideboard cabinet offers a great place for you to store games or even extra bedding for a sofa bed. This one is narrower than others, and great for a smaller space. It’s available in several other finishes, including white, gray, and oak.
5. In general, I’m not a fan of rugs in rental properties, but I always include one in a living room to tie everything together. This Rifle Paper Co. x Loloi area rug adds a fun touch of color while also being stain-resistant.
6. This end table and the following coffee table are great neutral options for rental properties. They are easy to clean and feature a high-end look at a budget-friendly price. They are available in over a dozen colors to fit any style of decor.

Wayfair: Pops Of Color
The next eight items are ways to provide a little extra color in your rental property. While it is essential to keep a space looking clean and fresh, a touch of color can go a long way toward making your guests feel at home.
8. This bright rug, from the same brand as the one above, adds an extra colorful and airy look to a living room. I think it would look fun with the following two accent chairs shown next to it (items 11 & 12).
9. If you have open shelving, bright and bold glassware is another nice way to add a pop of color to your rental. These beaded glasses are sold in a set of six and come in several other fun colors!
10. A runner is another place where you can add color. This one is very inexpensive and machine washable.
11. If you want to add a fun and bold accent piece, consider this cute chair. It comes in 14 colors and almost 500 reviewers give it an average of 4.8 stars!

13. Here is another drinkware option, but these drinking glasses are much less expensive than the other options. Sold in a set of four, this is a fun way to add a splash of color!
14. Lastly, this fun piece of wall art caught my eye. It’s colorful and could tie many spaces together! It is available in various sizes to fit your space.
Wayfair: Tried And True Bedroom Pieces
Let’s move on to the bedroom for a bit! In this section, I share a great basic bed for rentals as well as some of my bedding reccomendations. Did you know that Wayfair sells bedding, too?
15. I love this solid wood platform bed for rental properties! It’s easy to wipe clean and would look good with a variety of decor styles. It’s available in five colors and sizes twin, full, queen, and king.
16. These pillows from Wayfair Sleep have fantastic reviews and come in both queen and king sizes.
17. White sheets are ideal for rentals as they offer a hotel-like feel.
18. For rentals, you will need to decide whether you want to opt for a comforter, such as this great hotel-quality quilt set, or a duvet setup, which I will discuss in just a minute. This one comes in a wide variety of colors, and I always recommend white.
19. Here is a great basic nightstand for rental properties. It’s inexpensive, has great reviews, and comes in several colors.
20. We use duvet inserts and duvet covers at our rentals. This duvet cover is a great basic option and comes in a variety of colors.
21. Lastly, ensure you have ample lighting. I like this bedside lamp as it’s dimmable, has touch control, and includes a USB plug.
Wayfair: Accents Guests Love
Next up are some extra pieces that guests really do love in rentals! From blackout curtains to full-length mirrors, these are items that I consider to be essentials for Airbnb superhosts to have in their vacation rentals.
22. These linen-textured 100% blackout curtains are available in three sizes and six colors. In my opinion, you must have these in all bedrooms and even in the living room if that space includes a sleeper sofa.
23. I like offering a bench area for guests, and this is a great basic bench by Birch Lane, available in three colors. You can use these in an entryway, or also in a bedroom as a place for guests to place their open luggage.
24. Here is a top-rated lightweight coffee table that is perfect for a small space or where you need one that is easily movable for a sleeper sofa.
25. A console table like this one is ideal for an entryway. Your guests appreciate having a place to leave keys, charge phones, etc. I like it when they are open at the bottom so they can leave shoes and backpacks underneath. It’s available in seven colors as well!
26. Your Airbnb guests really appreciate having a full-length mirror, so do your best to include one in each bedroom. I recommend mounting it securely to the wall.
27. Lamps serve two purposes in a rental. They help fill and pull together a space, and they provide added light. I thought this lamp set was really cute!
Wayfair: Easy-to-Clean Dining Furniture
My number one tip for kitchen and dining room furniture at a rental is to make it easy to clean. Avoid upholstered furniture and intricate pieces with intricate details and nooks and crannies. Don’t be afraid to mix and match tones either. And, always have a seat for the same number of guests that you sleep!
28. These basic chairs are sold in sets of four and various colors. They have great reviews and are easy to clean.
29. If you are short on space in the kitchen, these saddle stools are a great option. They tuck under the counter, but provide additional seating as needed. Available in twelve colors and very budget-friendly.
30. This round dining table seats four and is perfect when you’re short on space. I use a similar one in our one-bedroom condos. I actually prefer the natural ash color to the other two options.
31. Here is another stool option for a more country or even coastal look. There are seven color options to fit any type of kitchen decor.
32. This stool coordinates with the dining chairs above, and is another great option.
33. When I saw these Libbey glasses, I knew I needed to include them! They are sold in a 16-piece set, consisting of eight tumblers and eight rocks glasses. You can not beat this price!
Wayfair: Outdoor Living Pieces
Let’s pop outdoors for a bit! Here are five Wayfair finds that I think would be great in your Airbnb’s outdoor space. Whether you have a small balcony or a large outdoor entertaining area, Wayfair has a lot of great outdoor items that are perfect for any need.
34. I like this rocker for a front porch. It comes in white, black, or brown and boasts a 4.8 rating!
35. This rug has been on my personal favorites board for a while now. I think it’s a great, upscale neutral rug that can be used both outdoors and indoors.
36. Here is another rocker with a slightly smaller profile.
37. This giant Connect Four game set is weather-resistant and adds an extra level of fun to your rental property. I often see these at hotels, and my family always loves them. I like how you can store the rings on the side when they’re not in use.
38. I always hate when an outdoor space doesn’t have ample places to set things. This basic outdoor side table is perfect. It’s movable and inexpensive. There are five color options to fit any style.
Wayfair: More Top Finds
The next two idea boards have a variety of additional items that I didn’t have room for above. These are all great options, suitable for almost every situation.
39. I like how these living room tables are sold in coordinating sets! It saves you the hassle of trying to find coordinating pieces.
40. Here is another great rug option! Again, rich-toned, printed rugs can be more forgiving than light solid options.
41. If you’re looking for a more unique bed, I thought this was a fun alternative. Although be mindful of upholstered headboards, as they will require routine cleaning. This is available in seven colors and various sizes.
42. If you can accommodate larger groups, this 129″ sectional looks like a great option. If you have a very large space, consider two that mirror each other.
43. Here is another console table option (available in 10+ colors), ideal for a small space.
