Welcome! As you know, I am a proud Airbnb Superhost! My family owns four short-term vacation rentals on 30A, and I am proud to be one of the top-rated hosts in the area. Today, I want to share more information on our Seacrest Beach rentals so you can choose which is best for you!

We do host our four Seacrest Beach rentals exclusively on Airbnb. I will include a link to each of my listings to check current rates and availability.

Our Seacrest Beach Condos (30A, Florida)

Our top-rated 30A Seacrest Beach rentals are all located condos within the same community, with three actually on the same floor of one building. And while they all sleep 2 adults plus up to 2 children, I occasionally have people rent multiple units simultaneously. It’s an excellent way to have your inlaws close, but not too close!

What is 30A?

Before we go any further, I want to clarify where and what 30A is. Basically, it’s a 2 lane highway in South Walton County, Florida. Florida’s Scenic Highway 30-A is between Destin and Panama City Beach and spans over 20 miles. Along it are over a dozen charming communities, each as unique as the one prior. Seaside, the community at the center is so picturesque that they filmed The Truman Show there!

Where is Seacrest Beach, Florida?

All four of our vacation rentals are located in Seacrest Beach, Florida, at The Village of South Walton. Seacrest Beach is on the eastern end of 30A, closer to Panama City Beach, Florida.

The Seacrest Beach community is nestled between the high-end communities of Rosemary Beach, Florida, and Alys Beach, Florida, offering dozens of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. This is why people love it so much! Within the Seacrest Beach area is a larger residential neighborhood, a few condominium complexes (like ours), and a couple of smaller private residential neighborhoods.

Now, there is also an area called Seacrest, which is west of Alys Beach and less walkable. So, do not get Seacrest Beach and Seacrest confused. Sometimes, people call Seacrest “Old Seacrest” as well.

The Village of South Walton

My Seacrest Beach rentals are at The Village of South Walton, 10343 East Co. Hwy 30A. It’s a 3/4 story mixed-use complex, and Peddlers Pavillion bike rentals and entertainment space are right out front.

You couldn’t be closer to everything in Rosemary Beach, even if you stayed in Rosemary Beach! Our complex is adjacent (like 10 feet away) to the western border of Rosemary Beach. This means you can walk one block and be at the center of this European-like community. Now, you would not have access to the beach, pools, or other amenities in Rosemary Beach, as those are private for guests in that community. But you can enjoy the fantastic shopping and top-notch restaurants!

When you book your stay at one of our Seacrest Beach rentals, I provide custom recommendations for your group and when you will visiting. I know all the best tips and tricks to help you make the most of your beach vacation in Seacrest Beach!

The Village of South Walton Pools

Staying with us at The Village of South Walton gives you access to our large pool deck with two pools. The shallow wading pool is perfect for young kids! And the deeper, traditional pool and hot tub are heated all year, as needed, of course. There are also two grills available on the pool deck for guests to use.

Two of our condos have private balconies overlooking the pools!

The Village of South Walton Beach Access and Tram Service

30A is known for its white sand beaches and Emerald waters! You also have access to the Seacrest Beach deeded neighborhood beach. It is a short 2-block or 5-7 minute walk from our complex. Or you can take the complimentary tram that operates March 1 – October 31 each year. At the beach, there is a section where you can set up your own chairs and umbrellas. Or you can choose to rent from La Dolce Vita. I always recommend these chair and umbrella rentals to my guests!

If you want more room to spread out, the large Regional Beach Access in Inlet Beach is just a mile east. This access is handicap accessible, offers parking, ramps, restrooms/showers, and has lifeguards in peak season.

Our Little Retreats Seacrest Beach Rentals

So, now that I’ve talked about the area and The Village of South Walton let’s look at each of our individual Seacrest Beach rentals. The first two are actual one-bedroom units, two of only eight in our complex, and the only ones with balconies. The other two are studios, both offering something unique!

The Village of South Walton is made up of 160 residential units. Most are either 3 bedrooms / 2 baths or studios of various sizes. Plus, the 8 one-bedroom units I mentioned above.

The entire complex is NOT pet-friendly. The condo bylaws actually prohibit guests from bringing pets. The 3 bedrooms have ovens/stoves and laundry, while the studios and one-bedrooms do not. Each building does have two sets of shared washers and dryers for guests to use.

Since they are identical floorplans offering much of the same, I will share the one-bedroom condos first. They are actually right next door to one another, too! So, I will start with our newest condo and work my way back.

Our Little Retreats 289

  • Sleeps: 2 adults + up to 2 kids + baby
  • Size: 620 sq ft
  • Beds: King bed, queen sofa bed, mini crib
  • Special Amenities: balcony, baby gear, beach items, dishwasher, full-size fridge
Photos

Our Little Retreats 289 is the newest of our Seacrest Beach rentals! We have been hosting guests here since mid-2022, and as of writing this, it has all 5-star reviews, something I am incredibly proud of!

Everything in this condo was bought new when we remodeled it after purchasing it. It offers a round dining table with four chairs, a sleeper sofa, a lightweight coffee table, and a 65″ Roku smart TV in the living area.

The bedroom is simple, with an oversized Ashely Furniture dresser and a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a 55″ Roku Smart TV, a full-length mirror, and a mirror over the dresser.

The bathroom has a bathtub and can be entered via the main living area or the bedroom.

The kitchens in these units do not have an oven or stove. However, we have a great selection of small appliances, including a cooktop, convection microwave combo, toaster, griddle, crockpot, blender, two coffee makers, and more! The space does have a full-size refrigerator/freezer combo and a dishwasher. Ample cookware, plateware, glassware, and utensils are provided.

We include two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a soft backpack cooler. Four striped pool towels are also available for our guests.

This unit is baby-friendly. We have a mini crib available upon request and several baby items. These include a booster seat, plastic cups and plates, a sound machine, black-out curtains, books, a few toys, a puddle jumper, sand toys, and a baby pool float. Parents love having everything on hand, and I host a lot of couples with babies and toddlers here. However, the baby items are stored away, out of sight, and out of mind for our guests without young children.

This 30A beach condo is spacious and uncluttered. You will find hooks available for everything to help keep things off of the group. In addition, we have a small private balcony overlooking the pool for you to enjoy! This unit is on the second floor of the H building and shares a hallway with only 10 other units.

Our Little Retreats 291

  • Sleeps: 2 adults + up to 2 kids + baby
  • Size: 620 sq ft
  • Beds: King bed, queen sofa bed, mini crib
  • Special Amenities: balcony, baby gear, beach items, dishwasher, full-size fridge
Photos

Our second unit, Our Little Retreats 291, has the same floorplan as the one above and, as I mentioned earlier, is right next door. We have owned this unit since 2021. In early 2023, we gave it a freshening up with new paint throughout and all fresh linens.

This short-term rental is decorated in a more coastal theme with light blue, white, and hits of gold throughout. It also has a round dining table with four chairs, a sleeper sofa, a lightweight coffee table, and a Roku smart TV in the main living area.

The bedroom is simple, with a full-sized dresser and a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a Roku Smart TV, a full-length mirror, and a mirror over the dresser.

The bathroom has a bathtub and can be entered via the main living area or through a pocket door in the bedroom.

Again, the kitchens in these units do not have an oven or stove. We offer an excellent selection of small appliances, including a cooktop, convection microwave combo, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, two coffee makers, and more! Also, the space does have a full-size refrigerator/freezer combo and a dishwasher. Abundant cookware, plateware, glassware, and utensils are provided.

We also include two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a soft backpack cooler. Four striped pool towels are also available for our guests.

This unit is also a baby-friendly Airbnb, with many of the same items as our other Seacrest Beach one-bedroom condo. We have a mini crib available upon request and several other baby items. These include a booster seat, plastic cups and plates, a sound machine, black-out curtains, books, a few toys, a puddle jumper, sand toys, and a baby pool float. We get so many great reviews because of these items. Our guests love having everything available, and I host a lot of couples with babies and toddlers here. Nevertheless, the baby items are stored away, out of sight, and out of mind for our guests without babies and young children.

This condo is ample in size and uncluttered. It’s great for 2 guests and up to two young children. You will find hooks on all doors to help keep things off of the group. Furthermore, we have a small private balcony overlooking the pool for you to enjoy! It has a small table and two chairs. This unit is again on the second floor of the H building and shares a hallway with only 10 other units.

Our Little Retreats 280

  • Sleeps: 2 adults + up to 2 school-age kids
  • Size: 375 sq ft
  • Beds: Queen bed, twin bunk beds
  • Special Amenities: TVs in the bunk beds, three beds
Photos

Our Little Retreats 280, our bunk bed unit, is a favorite among families with slightly older kids like mine. Having bunk beds with their own TVs gives each kid space to sleep and relax. Plus, you don’t have to mess with sofa beds like in other Seacrest Beach rentals for four.

I made great use of space when configuring this condo. There is a queen bed, an oversized couch, and a table with four chairs. The kitchenette is minimal, with a small fridge, microwave, plates/bowls, glasses, and silverware. This unit is not set up for cooking and is best for shorter stays or families who enjoy eating out like we do!

Also, there is limited closet space and no dresser, again making it best for shorter stays. A large open area under the bunk beds is a great place to keep luggage.

This unit has a total of 3 Roku Smart TVs, and kids love having one in their individual bunk beds.

We also include two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a soft backpack cooler. Also, four striped pool towels are available for our guests. And we have two scooters for guests to borrow as well.

This space and the bunk beds are not suitable for families with babies and toddlers. Our Little Retreats 280 is located on the 2nd floor of the G building.

Our Little Retreats 292

  • Sleeps: 2 adults + up to 2 young kids
  • Size: 340 sq ft
  • Beds: Queen bed, full convertible sofa
  • Special Amenities: private balcony, large fridge/freezer, cooktop
Photos

Our Little Retreats 292 was our first Airbnb in early 2020, and it holds a special place in my heart. Since then, we have hosted hundreds of guests here and consistently earn 5-star reviews. In fact, only one person has given this unit a 4-star, and he left a great written review. If you want some tips on how to be a great Airbnb guest, I have a blog post about that!

I made great use of space when designing this condo. You can even see the before and after here. Additionally, there is a comfortable queen mattress and bed, a console table with three stools, and a corner convertible sectional. The kitchenette is larger than most studios, with a larger fridge, microwave, ceramic counter cooktop, and a high-end Kitchenaid toaster oven. It has adequate cookware, plates/bowls, glasses, and utensils.

Again, this unit has limited closet space and no dresser, making it ideal for shorter stays. And it is very much suitable for a couple. The convertible sofa is not a traditional sofa bed but is geared toward young children only. Therefore, works for a 3-5 year old but not an adult. Also, I don’t recommend this space for parents with babies. There simply isn’t enough floor space for a pack-and-play, stroller, and other necessary baby gear.

This unit has a Roku Smart TV as well. In addition, we include two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a soft backpack cooler. Four striped pool towels are also available for our guests.

Our Little Retreats 292, along with my two one-bedroom Seacrest Beach rentals, is on the second floor of the H building and shares a hallway with only 10 other units. For this reason, it is a great option as a partner rental for my one-bedroom condos at The Village of South Walton. On several occasions, Grandma and Grandpa rented this condo, while a couple and their young children rented a unit down the hall!
