So, I recently saw a photo of someone sharing their raw and messy home.  It left me inspired.  As time passes we are left with memories.  Lucky for our generation, we will have an abundance of photos to help us trigger those memories as years go by.  I have so many great memories and great photos of my children but not as many raw, organic captures of our home life.  It’s the little things that come back to make us grin down the road.  While I don’t have a photo of it I can easily picture the spinning wheel behind the couch at my grandparents house  or the big tree in the middle of the cul du sac back in Washington.

Today, I want to start out home project.  As a throwback to days gone by I am keeping it to 1 roll (36 exposures) of 35 mm film.  Digital of course.  Un-cropped.  I have a copy of the full color versions but for the blog I am showcasing them in black and white.  And most importantly nothing was cleaned up or moved for these.  No projects were finished.   No box was finally unpacked.  It is what it is is and that’s what makes me feel happy!

I hope that you enjoy!  And I hope to do them at random every couple months.  I think they would make great photobooks too!  I only wish that I would have started it years ago.
